Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern services provided by Rush Logistics, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting or using our transportation, logistics, or related services, you ("Customer") agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide lumber transportation, loading/unloading, storage, and logistics services. All services are non-exclusive and subject to availability.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on information provided by the Customer. Final pricing and any additional charges will be confirmed prior to service.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid according to agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional collection actions.

4. Scheduling and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, carrier availability, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to amounts determined by applicable law and our insurance coverage. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profit, or damage from improper packaging or the inherent nature of lumber. Claims must be submitted in writing promptly after delivery.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must provide accurate shipment information, ensure safe access at delivery locations, and fulfill payment obligations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes shall be resolved in Pennsylvania courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
